Nottingham Forest vs Manchester United
I think it was a good match. Here’s why I feel that way, and what made it interesting:
What worked in its favour
•It was competitive right to the end: Manchester United earned a point with a brilliant late volley by Amad Diallo to make it 2-2.
•There were momentum swings: United took the lead, then Forest fought back with two quick goals early in the second half.
•Big moments: a spectacular goal, drama near the end, and a game that wasn’t decided until late — that typically makes a match satisfying to watch.
What was less ideal
•Despite the drama, you could argue both sides had periods where they lacked control or consistency, which might have made things messy at times.
•If you prefer full dominance or tactical masterclasses, this wasn’t that — it was more about fight and moments than perfect execution.
My view
Overall, yes — I think it was an exciting and engaging match. Not perfect, but with enough drama, good moments and see-saw action to call it a good game.
