He took on this role in November 2024,succeeding Mark Robins.Lampard's tenure began with 2:2 draw against Cardiff City,where a late penalty helped his team secure a point.This marks his return to management after 18-month break since his stint as interim manager at Chelsea ended in mid 2023.
